Two 10/100/1000Mbps RJ-45 ports provide network connectivity and PoE/PoE+ power to compatible Ethernet devices, while two 100/1000Mbps SFP slots provide fiber-optic connectivity to a network backbone, remote equipment, or another fiber-connected switch.
This combination makes the SF70460MPA well suited for applications where a small number of powered Ethernet devices need to connect to a fiber-based network while maintaining network management and redundancy capabilities.
60W PoE+ Power for Network Edge Devices
The SF70460MPA supports IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at and provides a total PoE power budget of 60 watts.
Each of the two copper PoE/PoE+ ports can provide:
- Up to 15.4W using IEEE 802.3af
- Up to 30W using IEEE 802.3at
- Power and data over the same Ethernet connection

So glad I went ahead and got a switch! Easy to use, works great, very stable connection without slowing anything down. I’ve got all 4 ports connected and so far no problems. This switch is probably a little more powerful than what I need, but it’s doing a great job and that just means it will last longer! This might be designed for industrial use, but it’s simple enough to set up at home and reliable enough to use for your business.
