4-Channel HDTVI Video and Data Over Multimode Fiber
The HDTVITR4A03 combines four channels of HD-TVI video with one channel of bi-directional data transmission over a single multimode optical fiber. It provides a practical way to connect multiple HDTVI cameras to remote monitoring, recording, or control equipment.
A typical installation places the transmitter at the camera end of the link and the receiver at the monitoring end. The VersiVision design provides plug-and-play, adjustment-free installation, while LED indicators provide immediate system operating status.
Digitally Encoded HD-TVI Video
The HDTVITR4A03 supports 8-bit digitally encoded HD-TVI video and is directly compatible with NTSC, PAL, and SECAM camera systems. The optimized optical modules support 1280H/25F, 1280H/30F, 1280H/50F, and 1280H/60F video formats.
Bi-Directional RS-485 Data Transmission
In addition to four HDTVI video channels, the HDTVITR4A03 provides one channel of bi-directional RS-485 data. The data interface supports rates up to 300 Kbps, with RS-232 or RS-422 available as optional interfaces.
This allows the fiber link to carry video together with compatible camera control or other serial data.
Multimode Fiber Transmission
The 4-channel multimode HDTVI + data configuration supports transmission over one multimode optical fiber. The product model table identifies the HDTVIT4A03/HDTVIR4A03 transmitter and receiver pair as using 850/1310nm optics with a maximum distance of 1 km.
