VERSITRON’S M7260A 10/100/1000BaseT to 100/1000Base-SX/LX fiber media converter provides “Triple Duty” support and transparent operation for your networking requirements. This media converter accepts both 100Base and 1000Base. SFP modules that are sold separately.

I was dreading getting a media converter to replace a failing switch because I was certain there were going to be problems with installation, or performance wouldn’t meet expectations. At this point I’ve had so many bad experiences with networking equipment I just assume something is going to go wrong. Color me surprised! Getting this converter connected and working was simple. It works the way it’s supposed to, and is consistently delivering exactly the speeds I expect. Very happy! I’ll be coming back for more networking solutions. Hopefully they all work as well as this one!
