The MF7275-2SFB provides dependable copper-to-fiber conversion for industrial Ethernet networks. It features one 10/100Mbps RJ45 copper port and one 100Mbps ST fiber port, allowing Ethernet devices to communicate over single-mode fiber while extending network reach beyond the limitations of copper cabling.

The converter uses a non-blocking store-and-forward switching architecture for efficient packet processing and supports a 2K MAC address table with frame sizes up to 1536 bytes.

Single-Fiber Connectivity Over 20km

The MF7275-2SFB is designed for applications where only one strand of single-mode fiber is available.

Using wavelength-division multiplexing, the converter transmits and receives data over the same fiber strand. The MF7275-2SFB uses 1550nm for transmission and 1310nm for reception and is paired with the MF7275-2SFA, which uses the reverse wavelength configuration. Both models support transmission distances up to 20km.
