8-Channel AHD Video and Bi-Directional Data Over Fiber

The AHDTR8A05 combines AHD video transmission with a bi-directional data channel, providing a fiber optic connection for both video and compatible camera-control data. The installation kit includes the transmitter, receiver, power supplies, and 100 meters of singlemode fiber optic cable.

A typical VersiVision installation places the transmitter at the camera end and the receiver at the monitoring end, with the units connected by a single fiber optic cable.

Digitally Encoded AHD Video Transmission

The AHDTR8A05 supports 8-bit digitally encoded AHD video. The VersiVision platform is compatible with NTSC, PAL, and SECAM camera systems and supports 1280H/25F, 1280H/30F, 1280H/50F, and 1280H/60F video formats.

Bi-Directional RS-485 Data

The data version provides one bi-directional RS-485 data channel with data rates up to 300 Kbps. RS-232 and RS-422 interfaces are available as optional configurations.
