2-Channel AHD Video and Data Over Multimode Fiber

The AHDTR2A03 provides a fiber optic connection for two AHD video channels along with one channel of bi-directional data. A transmitter is installed at the camera end of the link and a receiver at the monitoring end, with the video and data signals carried over a single optical fiber.

The VersiVision platform uses a plug-and-play design for adjustment-free installation and operation and supports either standalone installation or rack-mounting in the FVC18 18-slot chassis.

Digitally Encoded AHD Video

The AHDTR2A03 supports 8-bit digitally encoded AHD video and is directly compatible with NTSC, PAL, and SECAM camera systems. The optimized optical modules support 1280H/25F, 1280H/30F, 1280H/50F, and 1280H/60F video formats.

Bi-Directional RS-485 Data

In addition to video transmission, the AHDTR2A03 provides one bi-directional data channel using RS-485. The data interface supports rates up to 300 Kbps, while RS-232 or RS-422 can be provided as an option.

2 km Multimode Fiber Transmission

The AHDTR2A03 uses multimode fiber with an 850/1310nm wavelength and supports transmission distances up to 2 km. The product model table lists AHDT2A03 and AHDR2A03 as the 2-channel AHD video-plus-data transmitter and receiver models for multimode fiber.
