8-Channel HD-CVI Video and Data Over Multimode Fiber
The HDCVITR8A03 provides a complete fiber optic installation solution for transmitting eight channels of HD-CVI video along with one channel of bi-directional data. The transmitter is installed at the camera end of the fiber link, while the receiver is installed at the monitoring location.
VERSITRON's VersiVision HD technology uses digitally encoded video transmission over a single optical fiber. This provides a practical way to extend HD-CVI camera connections over fiber while maintaining compatibility with standard NTSC, PAL, and SECAM video systems.
Digitally Encoded HD-CVI Video
The VersiVision HD platform provides 8-bit digitally encoded video transmission and supports HD-CVI, AHD, and HD-TVI video technologies. The equipment is directly compatible with NTSC, PAL, and SECAM camera systems.
The optimized optical modules support 1280H/25F, 1280H/30F, 1280H/50F, and 1280H/60F video formats.
Bi-Directional RS-485 Data
In addition to HD-CVI video, the HDCVITR8A03 supports 1 channel of bi-directional data. The standard data interface is RS-485, with data rates up to 300 Kbps. RS-232 and RS-422 interfaces are available as optional configurations.
This capability makes the video-and-data configuration suitable for camera installations requiring return data, including PTZ camera applications.
Plug-and-Play Fiber Optic Installation
The VersiVision HD platform is designed for adjustment-free installation and operation. No electrical or optical adjustments are required, while integrated LED indicators provide immediate system operating-status information.
