8-Channel HD-CVI Video Over Multimode Fiber

The HDCVITR8003 provides a complete fiber optic installation solution for transmitting eight channels of HD-CVI video between cameras and monitoring equipment. Using multimode fiber allows the video signals to be transported over a fiber optic connection while avoiding the electrical interference associated with copper-based video cabling.

A typical VersiVision installation places the transmitter at the camera end of the link and the receiver at the monitoring end, connected by a single fiber optic cable.

Digitally Encoded HD-CVI Video

VERSITRON's VersiVision HD platform provides 8-bit digitally encoded video transmission and supports HD-CVI, AHD, and HD-TVI video formats. The equipment is directly compatible with NTSC, PAL, and SECAM camera systems.

Multimode Fiber and ST Connectivity

The HDCVITR8003 uses multimode fiber with ST optical connectors. The VersiVision technical specifications identify 850/1310nm as the multimode optical wavelength.
