The PKR1DSSF-RM kit provides a turnkey solution for extending a Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) analog phone line over simplex Single-mode fiber. This is a ring down application and utilizes two FXS devices at each end of the link. These Fiber Optic Teledata Modems are also used to extend RS-485 or RS-422 data up to 64Kbps.
